Signalant is operated by Juming Delmas Studios ("JDS", "we", "us"), located at 914 Railroad Ave, Tallahassee, FL 32310. You can reach us at hello@jdelmasstudios.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, set up your show, or contact us:

  • Name and email address
  • Show information (name, niche, audience description)
  • Guest profiles and outreach data you add to the platform
  • Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
  • Usage data and log files (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and operate the Signalant platform
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
  • To provide customer support
  • To improve the product and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your show or guest data to train AI models.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third parties to operate Signalant:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Vercel — hosting and CDN
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Anthropic — AI content generation (Claude)

Each provider is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing agreement.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@jdelmasstudios.com. Consent logs are kept for a minimum of 3 years for legal compliance.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or CASL including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact hello@jdelmasstudios.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest via Supabase), row-level security policies, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us at hello@jdelmasstudios.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
